A The route
Click any room to jump the film to it.
A single straight travel per shot. The camera enters on the line a person would walk and holds one speed to the last frame. No rotation, no arc, no pan.
Each shot dissolves into the next rather than cutting. The dissolve carries the eye through a doorway it has already been shown, so the route reads as one walk rather than nine separate rooms.
The only shot that travels outward rather than inward. It sits after the bedrooms so the flat opens up at its midpoint instead of ending on an interior.
Every frame was checked against the original photographs before the file left. Nothing was added, removed or restyled; no opening became a wall and no furniture appeared that isn’t there.
B Rates
A traditional shoot for the same property starts around £250 and needs a date in the diary.
C Paying
A link to the property you’re marketing. Nothing else is needed.
Free, with no obligation. You see the work before any money is discussed.
The full film inside forty-eight hours. The invoice follows by email once you’re happy, payable by bank transfer within fourteen days.
The invoice comes by email with the bank details on it. There is no card checkout on this site and no payment details are collected here.
D Enquire
Send the photographs already on the listing. If you also have a floor plan, send that too: it lets the camera follow the real route between rooms instead of one inferred from the pictures, and the film is noticeably better for it.
No charge and no obligation. If you like it, the full film is £99.
